first sprint marathon.
Work out:
bike 2 miles
run 2 miles
4 sets
25 sit ups
10 negative dips
10 military press
Sunday's are also a great day to cook your meals for the week. I usually cook up some
Lean meat, enough for the week. Then lunch packing is easy with the meat, frozen veggies,
Fruits, raw nuts, etc.
